I am sure like most people you have always just felt like your insurance provider was just another “needed” service, one you pay and could care less who or what facilitated it. This is not the case with Dowd Insurance. With this agency you don’t feel like a number on a spreadsheet, you feel more so apart of a family. I have never been treated so well and had such on demand and personal customer service in my life. They are my one stop shop from home, personal auto, to commercial and general liability for my construction business.
