Jenn was born in Arlington, Texas and grew up just outside of Fort Worth in Weatherford. Growing up she fell in love with the performing arts, and followed that calling to Oklahoma City University, where she studied Dance Management. Upon graduating, she stayed at the university as staff at the Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Art Management while she completed her Masters in Business Administration. While in Oklahoma, she met and married Will Dowd, a pilot in the United States Air Force. The Air Force has since moved them to Okinawa, Japan, Spokane, WA, Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii and most recently back to  Spokane. In 2016, Jenn and Will welcomed their first daughter, Hailey, and in 2018, Claire made her debut. Currently, Jenn spends her free time chasing her two spirited daughters around the backyard and ferrying them to school and dance activities. Jenn joined the Dowd Insurance team in June 2017 and is a Certified Insurance Counselor.
